1. How do you position yourself?
Does not matter who I am. It only matters, what I am going to leave to this world.
2. Do you stick to main rules of healthy lifestyle:
a) Sports
b) Healthy nutrition
c) 2 and more liters of water per day?
I do Pilates and train at home with a phone app. I try to eat healthy, avoid junk food; I don’t eat too spicy or salty. I am not obsessed with healthy nutrition though, while travelling I try any local foods and sometimes I let myself enjoy some sweets. I drink water a lot; my water bottle is always in my bag. Yet I cannot give up tea, I love it too much.
How do you like your weight, body type and appearance?
I adore petite women, including myself. I never felt insecure about my height. I find it very cute, when woman looks fragile. I am, how they say, barely three feet tall (1.62 m). Generally I am happy with my body, unless the consequences of the sweets building up on my belly more often after my son’s birth. That’s why I never forget about sports.
4. What catches your eyes in women/men appearance first?
I always pay attention to woman's skin and hair condition. You may not be a beauty queen or have a perfect body, but neglecting hair, skin and nail care is a matter of choice. In men, I guess, I would note overall care, clipped nails, good teeth, clear skin.
5. Name three beauty products, you can’t live without.
Argan oil, hair mask and oil based makeup remover.
6. Which product is the hardest to resist while chasing a perfect body and health?
Everything fried. As they say, the most delicious is the most harmful.
7. How many hours do you sleep?
I try to sleep 7-8 hours, I sleep less very rarely. Only if I swamped at work or travelling.
8. The best way to relax?
Music or massage. I love spa-procedures.
9. The worst enemy of beauty is…
Laziness. Most girls are just too idle to put on hair masks, remove makeup, do some exercises every day.
10. Your life creed is?
“I can do everything!”
