The show of Giambattista Valli at the Museum of Decorative Arts (MAD) in Paris was drowning in flowers – from bouquets in design to dress prints and freshly cut orchids in hairstyles. The designer was inspired by the muses of the past and present, from Peggy Guggenheim to Greek jeweler Eugenie Niarchos, stylist Giovanna Battaglia, jewelry designer Sabine Getty and the others.
