Unlike most designers, the Dane Ronald van der Kemp does not produce new fabrics, and uses "leftovers from other brands or vintage pieces". Five years ago, when the RVDK brand only came into existence, Kemp was nearly the lone soldier in fight for eco-friendly fashion, the creator of the first sustainable couture brand. He created his fall collection completely from recycled materials.
