Maison&Objet 2019

From 18 to 22 January in Paris takes place the largest salon in design and an interior sphere – Maison&Objet. The winter session is held under the playful motto – Excuse my French! The spotlight is on the inherent French sense of style. And designer of the year became Sebastian Herkner. Native of Germany, he passed an internship at Stella McCartney and in 2006 opened the studio, later in 2010 received a prestigious Red Dot award for coffee tables collection made of glass with brass. Over 30 awards in ten years and dozens of collaborations every year – he has an impressive track record!

Lots of eco-friendly materials and interesting textures are presented this winter on Maison&Objet. Black bathrooms and bright kitchens, cozy Scandinavian Hygge with unusually bright color palette and emerald art deco are trending right now. Also a special place in current season holds a tendency to Asian interior: unusual round shaped lamps, sofas in "zen" style and gentle colors which are so loved in the Land of the rising sun. See it yourself!!
